Contest is open to RTC Networks members and family members; RTC Networks Employees and family members.
Each entry consists of an entry form and up to ten images. One Entry per person.
Photo Consent Form must be included to publish images that depict a person/people who could be recognized.
To enter, complete an entry form with the required information, including your name, email address, RTC Networks Account and submit along with your photographs and photo release forms if applicable.
The enclosed photographs, in their entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the entrant or minor child of entrant.
The photographs must not, in the sole and unfettered discretion of RTC Networks, be created by AI; or contain obscene, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content. RTC Networks may request RAW files to verify cases of suspected AI use in creating the image.
By submitting this form, entrant represents, acknowledges, and warrants:
The submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant or minor child.
The photograph does not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity.
No other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph.
