Sign up for your FREE watchtveverywhere account:

1. Go to www.watchTVeverywhere.com

2. Select provider: “RTC Networks."

3. Click on the “Register” tab on the top left of the page.

4. Enter in the requested information. Note: Your account number and last name must match the information on your RTC billing statement.

5. Click "submit" and then click "create account" - an email is sent to you to activate.

6. Check your email: Email will be from registration@watchTVeverywhere.com. Click on the activation link. The link brings up an internet page from “watchTVeverywhere.com” stating “Your account is now activated.”

7. Click on the three lines in the upper right corner of the screen. Choose "login."

8. Enter in the email and password that you entered when you registered (use entire email address).

9. Click on “login”. You will see the icons of the networks available to you. Selecting a network takes you to their website and some may ask you to download their app. Some networks provide live TV and others provide past episodes.

Clear the cache/data on your Fire TV stick:

From the Fire TV menu, select Settings.
Go to Applications.
In Manage Installed Applications, select the myRTCtv app.
Select Clear Cache, and then Clear Data.
Re-open myRTCtv app, log in.

From the Fire TV menu, select Settings.
Go to Accessibility.
In Accessibility select VoiceView, turn on.

Quick toggle on/off VoiceView.
Hold down Back button and Menu button on remote at the same time for 2 seconds.

From the Android TV menu, select Settings.
Go to Accessibility.
In Accessibility select TalkBack, turn on.

The default for Inactivity Timeout is Five hours, then can be extended to 16 hours.  16 hours is the max.

If you’re having issues with any of your RTC services, please call our office immediately at (888) 862-3115. Many times, customers will tell us they’ve been experiencing troubles for days, weeks, or even months. By waiting to call us, they experience a longer period of technical difficulties than is necessary. Remember, RTC typically does not know you’re having an issue until you inform us.

RTC’s business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (or 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the summer). RTC does have an after-hours answering service that can troubleshoot email and Internet troubles over the phone. We also have technicians on call for emergency situations. If it’s not an emergency, we can try to fix the service issue over the phone. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we’ll send out a technician the next business day.

When you call to report a technical issue after hours, please provide the following information so we can help you in a timely manner:

• Name
• Home telephone number
• Cell phone number
• Account number

If you’re not available when we return your call, we’ll leave you a message if possible. (Sometimes when we call cell phone numbers, the mail box is full or not set up, and we can’t leave a message.)

How to Pay Your Bills Using SmartHub

• To access SmartHub - Login online.
• If you were previously signed up for RTC E-Bill, just log-in using your E-Bill username and password.
• If you were not signed up for E-Bill, click on the “New User” link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions to sign up.

There is also a SmartHub app available for your smart phone and table computers. Once you are logged in to the SmartHub website click on links at the left to download the app for your particular device.
