RTC Networks is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric Jaeger to the position of Technology Solutions Manager, effective April 25, 2025. Eric has been a valued member of the RTC Networks team for the past 24 years, serving in various roles, most recently as Technology Specialist Coordinator. His leadership and dedication throughout his tenure have made him an ideal candidate for this new position.
In his new role, Eric will oversee the Technology Specialist team and the installation and maintenance of business phone systems, surveillance cameras, and the deployment of new and emerging technologies offered to RTC Networks' members. His expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality services will continue to be a vital asset to the cooperative.

Eric's telecom journey began in high school when he worked on the plow crew for WRT in Hazen during the early days of dial-up internet. After earning an Associate's Degree in Electronics from NDSCS, he joined RTC Networks. Over the past 24 years, Eric has worked in various roles including Combination Technician, Business Systems Technician, Data Network Technician, and most recently, Technology Specialist Coordinator.
Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristin, and two boys. He loves spending time on the water with family and friends, flying RC airplanes, traveling, and enjoying evening drives in one of his classic cars. Eric is also active in the community, where he is passionate about supporting, maintaining, and developing recreational opportunities.
