Nominating Committee Meeting Scheduled
In preparation for RTC Networks’ Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, the Nominating Committee is scheduled to meet Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
The following Director positions are up for election:
- District 1B: Open (Jennifer Sorenson - Retiring)
Alexander, Arnegard, Beach, East Fairview, Homesteaders Gap, Keene, Medora, and Watford City and West Fairview and Wibaux, MT - District 2B: Terry Wilber - Incumbent
Mandaree, New Town and Ross - District 3: Lance Kalmbach - Incumbent
Kenmare, Norma, Spencer, and Stanley
In accordance with RTC Networks Bylaws, the committee will nominate at least one candidate from each district listed above.

The RTC Networks Board of Directors selected seven individuals to serve on the Nominating Committee. Anyone interested in seeking nomination for the RTC Networks Board of Directors should contact an individual on the Nominating Committee (listed below) to request a certification form - please see the March RTC Networks Communicator newsletter or contact us directly for their phone numbers. The form must be completed and returned to the RTC Networks Business Office in Parshall by 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Candidates may be nominated by committee or petition. Petitions must be returned by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. There will be no nominations from the floor.
