RTC Networks Announces Leadership Promotions
Parshall, ND – January 2026 – RTC Networks is pleased to announce a series of leadership promotions and transitions as part of its ongoing commitment to operational excellence and exceptional service for its members across western North Dakota and eastern Montana.
Gretchen Edwards has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. She began her career at RTC Networks in October 2009 as an Accounting Assistant and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in 2013. In her new role, Edwards will continue to lead human resources initiatives, including policy development and administration, employee recruitment, and benefits management. Her long-standing experience and knowledge will continue to support RTC Networks’ employees and cooperative culture.
Lisa Schenfisch has been promoted to Director of Internal Operations, a newly created role at RTC Networks. Schenfisch was hired in January 2000 as a General Clerk and advanced through several positions, including Customer Billing Representative, Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Manager, a role she has held since 2009. As Director of Internal Operations, she will focus on cross-department coordination, process efficiency, and system integration to improve internal alignment and streamline workflows from initial customer contact through service delivery and billing. Her extensive understanding of RTC Networks’ internal processes makes her well suited to lead this effort.
The Customer Service Manager position will now be filled by Haley Nolby, who joins the leadership team effective January 1, 2026. Nolby began working at RTC Networks in November 2015 as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Customer Service Coordinator in October 2024. In her new role, she will lead the customer service team while focusing on member experience and retention.

RTC Networks wants to congratulate Tim Jarski, RTC Networks Construction Manager in the East, and Felicia Jarski, RTC Networks CAB Coordinator, on their retirement. They will both retire from their positions on January 24, 2026. Tim has been employed at RTC since 1997 and Felicia since 2007. We are grateful to both of them for their service and we wish them all the best in their retirement.
Following Tim Jarski’s retirement, Jon Hansen has been promoted to Construction Manager in the East, effective January 25, 2026. Hansen began his career at RTC Networks in 2008 as a Utility Technician and advanced through roles including Combination Technician, Field Engineer, and Utility Technician Coordinator. His broad technical and leadership experience provides a strong foundation to lead the construction department through continued growth.
