Parshall, ND - April 15, 2024 - RTC Networks proudly announces the promotion of Chad Talbott to the position of Network Manager. With over 15 years of dedicated service to the company, Talbott's performance as a Technician and Coordinator has demonstrated the leadership required for this new role.

In his new capacity, Talbott will oversee all network-related operations and technologies, assuming responsibility for managing the tasks of all Data Network and Video Technicians. His extensive experience in the IT industry, spanning 24 years, positions him perfectly to lead RTC Networks into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Talbott's professional journey is marked by many certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional in Visual Basics, Calix E7 GPON Specialist, and Cisco Certified Network Associate. Prior to joining RTC Networks, he was a developer, consultant, and proprietor of Computers Plus, a computer repair shop that was based in Garrison.
Beyond his professional achievements, Talbott is a devoted family man, sharing his life with his wife Kristine, their 7 children, and 4 grandchildren, with another grandchild on the way. Over the past 21 years, the Talbotts have provided foster care through PATH/Nexus, enriching the lives of several children over the years. In his leisure time, Talbott enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting.
